What's the difference between PZ waterstop and PN waterstop?

PZ waterstop is mainly made of quality vulcanized rubber with a volume expansion rate of 600% and can expanse repeatedly while PN waterstop is mainly made of unvulcanized rubber with a volume expansion rate of 500% and cannot expanse repeatedly.

The service temperature of the sealant ranges from -40°C to 80 °C.

How to remove excess sealant?

The excess sealant is generally removed by wiping, scraping or cutting.

What is the maximum installation temperature of the sealant?

The surface temperature of the substrate shall be less than °C when the sealant is applied.

What is the minimum installation temperature of the sealant?

The surface temperature of the substrate should be 4°C and rise when the sealant is applied.

Is the sealant paintable after curing?

It is paintable once the sealant is completely cured. Adhesion of the paint to the sealant shall be evaluated through a site mockup to determine appropriateness of use.

What is the average curing rate of the sealant?

Generally speaking, the sealant can be initially cured in about 24 hours and fully cured in 7 days.

What is the shelf life of the sealant?

The shelf life of the sealant ranges from 6 to 24 months.
