Installation
Clean the base surface to ensure it is dry and level. Inspect the waterstop, verify specifications, and prepare necessary tools.
Dry wet areas, repair surface defects, and mark the bonding position with layout lines.
Cut the material to the required joint length. Ensure lap joints ≥ 50 mm and press firmly to eliminate gaps.
Peel off the release film and apply along the marked lines. Roll to remove trapped air, bend slowly at corners, and secure loose sections.
Avoid stepping or impact. Recheck bonding before concrete pouring and repair any warping or detachment.
Avoid coarse aggregate impact. Vibrate concrete in layers away from the waterstop and correct any displacement after pouring.
